Lin’s VegShed is about to turn 2!

What a fabulous start it’s had!
The popularity of our little shop has grown so fast and far exceeded our expectations. We have had such a busy year, keeping up with stocking shelves as best we could and providing as much choice as possible during all the lockdowns. Covid restrictions meant lots of new customers have discovered us, whilst on the daily walks or bike rides. We have noticed a positive change in people’s shopping habits and it’s been lovely to chat to all our wonderful customers about their love of Vegetables and hear about what they’re cooking.
Do share your recipes in our recipe share folder at the shed, so we can all keep inspired in our kitchens.
We have hit the Hungry Gap early this year. In order to provide our customers with variety, we are ordering weekly from our organic wholesaler Choice Organics. Delivery of fresh produce will be Wednesday and Friday, so the VegShed will be fully restocked by lunchtime on those days.
