Time to say your opinion – Box Scheme Customers Survey

Dear Box Scheme Customer
This survey is long overdue! We always like hearing from you and adjusting our offer and future plans according to what customers want. Running a farm means we do not get to spend a lot of time in the office, hence these wonderful things get left aside sometimes.
Please take a few minutes to answer the questions below. It will help us shape better our Box Scheme delivery service, in light of the impending system upgrade and changes in order management procedures.
In short, we are planning to join a professional order management system for small Box Schemes. As a result, you will be able to place the orders yourself, make the payment on the spot and choose from a greater range of Extra products. Your questions, suggestions and complaints will be dealt with in a speedier manner. Your products will arrive with detailed information and – possibly – in reusable boxes rather than bags.
Before we launch the new system though, presumably in May, we are gathering as much feedback as we can from our staff, Neighborhood Reps and peers, as well as from customers. Hence this survey. Don’t miss the surprise at the end of it!
