What’s in season – January
Never mind tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers (of which we still have a few in our tunnel). The winter season is just as rich in colours, flavors and nutrients as top summer. Look at our offer: shallots, onions and black raddish for spice; potatoes, swede, Jerusalem artichokes for a bit of starch; celeriac and parsnips for flavor, leeks, parlsey, cabbage, sprouts for greens; carrots and squash for al the other imaginable colours you may want to warm you up on a long and dark winter evening. Roasted, stewed, fried or curried – the space is yours to imagine, create and enthuse your loved ones to enjoy some of the best foods you can get.
