Box Scheme goes on-line

To all Box Scheme customers at Tolhurst Organic: current, past and future!
Tolhurst Organic is upgrading to a new online ordering system as of 1 November 2021 (We sent the heads-up message back in spring, however the very difficult growing season and family issues meant that we had to postpone the launch).
From now on, it will be easier for our Box Scheme customers to manage their orders.
Every customer will have his/her personal account on our new platform and will be able to set-up standing orders, or occasional orders, whether it is weekly or fortnightly. Add-on produce and bread will be available as Extras in we will even look into introducing Exclusion options in the near future.
The transition should go smoothly, with all current customers receiving invitations by email, well in time, to complete/set-up their account and place their orders for November.
To start with, we shall run the old system too, making sure noone is left behind, but we should be fully on-line by the end of November.
This is the biggest transition ever for the BoxScheme and we are asking you, the Customer, to bear with us, while we implement it on-line.

The new system is a professional software which complies fully with the national GDPR law and regulations. The level of customer detail kept by us will not exceed the previous engagement, whilst the chosen payments provider Windcave will guarantee data protection of all financial transactions (we shall not be holding any financial data of customers).
