Squash & Pumpkins Festival at Tolhurst Organic
With much anticipation and somewhat trepidation we are planning this year’s open air community festival, offering to the public the best of our organic pumpkins, squashes, flowers and veg.
As before the pandemics, we are hoping to gather the best of local producers and craftsmen to make your day pleasant and enjoyable.
Simple organic food and drinks will be available from the farm, along with activities for the children and music for all.
With all this, Coronavirus remains a serious health risk. You should stay cautious to help protect yourself and others.
Visitors should not come to the festival if they need to self-isolate because they are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, new and persistent cough, or a loss of/change in sense of taste or smell), even if these symptoms are mild.
If festival visitors, or anyone they live with, have one or more of the above symptoms they should follow the guidance on testing and self-isolation.
On festival premises visitors must follow good hygiene practices, such as using hand sanitiser when they enter the Packing Shed and washing hands regularly.
Bringing your own hand sanitiser will avoid the creation of waiting lines to sanitise hands.
Festival visitors are encouraged to consider if they wish to travel to and attend such the festival (taking into account their own age and any health conditions or vulnerabilities).
Festival visitors will be invited to adhere to any relevant COVID-19 safety measures in place at the event, including observing directions offered by signage.
