Vegetables in a Can, not Chutneys and not Pickles...Harvesting and cooking workshop with seasonal vegetables at Tolhurst Organic Produce - Saturday 4 September 2010, 11am – 4pm
Participants will pick thirr own veg after a guided garden tour, and prepare two different recipes to take home in jars. There will be lunch prepared using vegetables canned last year (just to taste the quality) and the opportunity to get more recipes, buy extra vegetables to keep you busy at home, and have a great day out, if not more...
