Transform the common slow salad with a new dimension and texture, using kohlrabi instead of white cabbage. Vegetarian. May contain egg.
- 3 medium Kohlrabi peeled, stems trimmed off, grated
- 1/3 red cabbage shredded
- 2 medium carrots grated
- 1/2 red onion grated
- 50 grams golden raisins
- 1 teaspoon sugar can be replaced with honey or Maple sirup
- 1 teaspoon salt optional
- 1 table spoon Cider vinegar can ber enlaced by lemon juice
- 4 table spoons coriander or parsley chopped
- 50 grams Mayonnaise or Veganaise optional
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill for several hours before serving.
