Jacket Potatoes under Squash Sauce

The Sauce is actually a Pasta sauce, but we discovered it goes just as well with baked potatoes.



  1. Melt half of the butter, than fry the onions, celery and squash cubes, until squash is soft and pureed
  2. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and mix well. Cook on a low fire, stirring from time to time
  3. In the meanwhile bake your potatoes
  4. Serve hot, with grated cheese on the top.
